Health Coach Dietitian (Remote – North Carolina) Empower healthier lives—one conversation at a time. We’re looking for a passionate Health Coach Dietitian (RD) to support members in achieving their wellness goals through personalized nutrition guidance and behavior change coaching. If you love combining clinical expertise with motivational coaching, this role is for you.

Requirements

Registered Dietitian (RD) credential (required)
NC State licensure (LDN) (or willingness to obtain multi-state licenses—we’ll support you)
Must live in North Carolina.
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
5+ years experience in coaching, weight/disease management, or medical nutrition therapy
Strong communication and empathy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with telehealth or digital health tools
Motivational Interviewing Skills

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 virtual coaching sessions focused on nutrition, chronic disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits
Use motivational interviewing to inspire sustainable behavior change
Create personalized care plans with measurable goals
Track and document member progress and outcomes
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Stay up to date on evidence-based nutrition and coaching practices
