About The Position

As a Heath Club Cleaner at The Club & Spa at Flamingo, you will be an essential part of our guest experience, ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. You will take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the Club & Spa areas while interacting with guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

• Physical ability to bend, push/pull, lift/carry up to 30 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 3pm

Responsibilities

• Restock locker rooms and restrooms with necessary amenities, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Independently manage tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and consistency in work production.
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook and department SOPs.
• Assist guests with the proper use of locker room equipment and amenities as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the locker rooms, fitness areas, and Spa.
• Handle dirty laundry removal from locker rooms and manage laundry operations (washing, drying, folding, and replenishing) in locker rooms, cycle studio, Spa, and gym floor.
• Report any accidents or incidents to leadership immediately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
