About The Position

A growing multi-site primary care organization is seeking an experienced Health Center Manager to oversee daily operations for a busy outpatient medical office in Pembroke Pines. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, supporting providers and staff, improving the patient experience, and ensuring the clinic operates smoothly day-to-day. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, bilingual in English and Spanish, and experienced managing teams within a healthcare setting. This individual should be comfortable balancing patient service, staff accountability, operational metrics, recruiting support, and compliance responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare office management or clinic operations experience
  • Experience managing staff within a medical office, primary care clinic, or outpatient setting
  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, scheduling, insurance workflows, and patient coordination
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Primary care or multi-site healthcare experience
  • Experience with KPI management and operational reporting
  • Recruiting, onboarding, or HR coordination experience
  • Understanding of compliance and operational best practices in outpatient healthcare
  • Experience supporting Medicare Advantage populations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations including front desk, medical assistants, patient flow, and scheduling
  • Supervise and support clinic staff while maintaining accountability for performance and attendance
  • Ensure a high-quality patient experience and resolve escalated patient concerns professionally
  • Monitor clinic KPIs including patient wait times, scheduling efficiency, no-show rates, provider productivity, and patient satisfaction
  • Partner with leadership to improve operational workflows and clinic performance
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of new employees
  • Support provider onboarding and operational readiness
  • Coordinate with billing, credentialing, and administrative teams to ensure operational continuity
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and clinic standards
  • Monitor office supply inventory and vendor coordination
  • Support implementation of new operational initiatives, systems, and process improvements
