This leadership role is responsible for collaborating with the Chief Medical Officer and to maintain a high-performing day-to-day clinical operation by providing direct oversight of the Site Management team. Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing education program (BSN required).
  • Must hold an active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse license verifiable through the Missouri Board of Professional Registry or the National Nursys Registry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enforce adherence to all corporate policies and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of quality improvement and quality assurance concepts and strategies.
  • Ability to use clinical outcome data to create dashboards crucial to timely problem-solving.
  • Participate in leadership professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct County clinic operations, activities and recommend changes in, or better utilization of, facilities, services, and staff to ensure patient-centered delivery of care.
  • Coordinate daily operations, such as clinic workflows, staffing schedules, and assist in organizing, scheduling and directing the work efforts of the facilities.
  • Ensure adherence to Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) guidelines, federal healthcare laws, and state standards.
  • Develop policies and procedures affecting the quality of patient care and services.
  • Prepare and submit budget, optimize revenue cycle management, records, reports, and statistical data. Such as Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
  • Handle recruitment, training supervision, and performance evaluations of medical and administrative personnel.
  • Meet with personnel of other local institutions and organizations to promote public health and educational services.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.
