About The Position

The Central Supervisors, under the supervision of the Director of Residential Services, are responsible for the on-site supervision of the center/campus after 5:00 PM, weekends, and holidays. They monitor and enforce, directly and/or through the chain of command, the observance and compliance of regulations, policies, and procedures. This position serves as the key liaison person receiving and relaying information during their shift and works closely with the Center Director, Program Director, Residential Services Director, and other Department Heads when follow-up and/or clarification of issues are necessary. Caswell Developmental Center serves as North Carolina's Eastern Region resource center, providing specialized residential, programmatic, and support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Requirements

High school or General Educational Development Diploma and three years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
