About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking a Health Care Attorney with 1 to 3 years' experience to join a dynamic team of attorneys in our firms Health Care Practice in our Roseland, NJ office. The successful candidate should have at least one year of experience handling medical malpractice cases. At Marshall Dennehey, we invest in our attorneys. While you are not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial on day one, you will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates who are committed to mentoring and skill development. Through hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, you will gain the confidence and capability to grow into full case management at your own pace. Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills are highly valued—and continuously refined—within our litigation groups.
