About The Position
Bayshore is seeking passionate and caring Health Care Aides with open availability for on-call shifts on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between 0600–1600 or 14:00- 22:00 to join our exceptional team. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle are required. Requirements
- Health Care Aide diploma or equivalent (evidence required)
- Registered with the CLHA
- Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle
- French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
- 2 supervisory references
- A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
- Proof of being negative for TB
Responsibilities
- Provide health care aide services during on-call shifts.
- Document care provided using mobile devices.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, clinical managers, and schedulers.
