About The Position
Qualicare Homecare is looking for compassionate, caring, and reliable individuals to join our family as Health Care Aide. Qualicare location offers home care services that focus on providing the best quality of life for our clients and peace of mind for their families.
Requirements
- Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student).
- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
- Ability to travel around location territory
Responsibilities
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Assist/ Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting
