About The Position

Bayshore Home Care Solutions, a division of Bayshore Healthcare Ltd., is seeking passionate and caring Health Care Aides to join our exceptional team. At Bayshore, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful moments for clients daily while providing exceptional care. This casual position is for assignments located in and around Strathmore, Alberta. Successful applicants must be willing to travel to and work within the communities of Strathmore and surrounding areas of Wheatland County.

Requirements

Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker diploma, certificate, or equivalent (evidence required)
Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle are required
Confirmation of active status with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA)
2 supervisory references
A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
Proof of being negative for TB

Nice To Haves

French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
