Requirements

Health Care Aide diploma or equivalent (evidence required)
Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
2 supervisory references
A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
Proof of being negative for TB.

Responsibilities

Create meaningful moments for clients daily.
Provide exceptional care to clients.
Document and communicate efficiently using provided mobile devices.
