Requirements

Sales and Customer Service nature or experience.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, clinic management, and staff.
Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Able to work flexible days and hours.
Ability to handle a variety of work.

Responsibilities

Connect with clients to understand their needs.
Explain the benefits of the wellness program to encourage membership.
Provide excellent service to clients.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and greet members.
Maintain a professional front desk area.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
Complete various duties as assigned by Clinic Management.
