Requirements

Active Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing.
Minimum one year of experience working with older adults or in senior living.
At least two years of leadership or management experience.
Strong clinical assessment, medication management, and care planning skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using electronic health records and other computer systems.
Flexible to support evenings, weekends, and Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support the Health & Wellness team to deliver exceptional resident care.
Oversee resident assessments, service plans, and clinical documentation to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, hospice providers, and families.
Ensure safe medication management and oversee nursing services throughout the community.
Monitor resident health, identify changes in condition, and implement appropriate interventions.
Maintain compliance with state regulations, company policies, and clinical best practices.
Participate in resident move-in assessments and ongoing care planning.
Respond to resident concerns, emergencies, and clinical situations with professionalism and compassion.
Foster a positive, collaborative environment that supports both residents and team members.
