Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related health or psychology field
• 2 to 5 years in coaching behavior change and group facilitation in health-related field
• 2 to 5 years in medical terminology
• International Coach Federation (ICF) certification WellCoaches or other ICF accredited and approved body required upon hire

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in related health or psychology field
• 2 to 5 years in curriculum design and delivery

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching services.
• Collaborate with client to identify areas for development, using assessment tools.
• Assess progress regularly, and adapt plan as needed.
• Document client data in chart and in database.
• Supports department activities.
• Participate in departmental research.
• Develop and provide training for clients, internal staff, and community.
• Develop programming and materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
