About The Position

The Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals. The foundation of our award winning success is having the right people on our team. This position will be based in Port Washington, WI. Travel will be required for this position, with an 11 day on, 3 day off schedule. This role will be located at the job site and requires some overtime, paid at time and 1/2.

Requirements

• CHST
• OSHA 30
• First Aid and CPR certification
• High School diploma
• Must have VALID, unrestricted driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a government background check.

Responsibilities

• Overall administration of company safety & health program.
• Supervision and support of all company safety standards
• Safety Training and Education
• Attend pre-work meetings including preparatory meetings
• Maintain a weekly list of high-hazard activities
• Provide and keep a record of site safety orientation and indoctrination
• All other duties associated with a Health and Safety position.
