The position also ensures regulatory compliance, oversees laboratory safety, provides oversight to regional service centers, manages incident investigations, develops and delivers safety training, coordinates emergency preparedness, conducts risk management, oversees environmental programs, and drives continuous improvement through auditing and collaboration.
