Provides coordination, analytical, and research support services related to cancer surveillance and oncology registry activities. Supports data collection, registry operations, reporting, and basic analysis efforts for public health and research initiatives. Applies knowledge of oncology registry rules, standards, and data quality practices to support program objectives and stakeholder needs. Conducts basic data analysis using spreadsheets and user-friendly analytical tools and contributes to data-informed decision-making and program improvement activities. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support cancer surveillance and research goals. This position will provide management, analytical, and research support services to the National Cancer Institute’s Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences, supporting the Surveillance Research Program (SRP), which advances research on the processes and effects of communication and informatics across the cancer control continuum. SRP is within the National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS).
