The Health Aide position specifically provides in-home assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) to Neighborhood PACE participants. This role requires the ability to work independently and efficiently in minimally supervised settings, effectively problem-solve, and show respect for the participant’s home, guests, and community. Occasionally, assignments may include other supervised settings such as the PACE Center.
