About The Position
Conecta Education is currently hiring full-time health aides in the greater Monterey County Area. This position involves supporting school nurses by providing basic first aid and screening students. The goal is to support the health, safety, academic success, and overall well-being of the District’s students and staff. The role is open to working with any age group in K-12 and may involve toileting if needed.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school and one or more years of experience in the field of health.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Under the direct supervision of the assigned Health Services supervisor, assist school nurses by providing basic first aid, and by screening both well and ill or injured students in compliance with State laws and District regulations.
- Support the health, safety, academic success, and overall well-being of the District’s students and staff.
- Open to work with any age group in K-12.
- Open to toileting if needed.
