As a Headset Assembler, you’ll be a key part of our production team, assembling and fitting components to deliver headsets used in FPV and drone technology. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to perform detailed, repetitive tasks
Strong hand-eye coordination
Ability to follow written and visual instructions
Basic math skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
US Citizen or permanent resident

Nice To Haves

Electronics or manufacturing assembly experience
Experience with small components or soldering
Familiarity with production environments
Photonics course certificates/degree programs and or enrollment preferred.

Responsibilities

Assembling and fitting components to deliver headsets used in FPV and drone technology.
Performing hands-on, repetitive assembly.
Following detailed work instructions.
Complying with ESD, safety, and quality standards.
