About The Position

The Headquarters Operations Supervisor manages daily operations and maintenance for a 380,000 SF facility and more than 1,500 employees. The Headquarters Operations Supervisor strives to maintain a safe, productive, and well maintained workplace; serves as a contact for building concerns; coordinates facility services; and works closely with the property manager and external vendors. The position also collaborates on incident response, safety programs, and preparedness initiatives, helping create an outstanding workplace that supports productivity and employee retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of IWMS software, service ticketing systems, and Microsoft 365 required.
  • Experience developing procedures and metrics for delivering and maintaining efficient operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Engineering or professional services firm experience a plus.
  • Experience with AI, automation, programming, or similar technologies is valued where relevant but is not required unless specifically identified elsewhere in the job description.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee corporate office building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
  • Serve as liaison with building management regarding building issues and tenant requirements.
  • Supervise 1-3 Facilities Coordinators in the corporate office.
  • Act as a point of contact for incidents, safety issues, and building-operation responses.
  • Escalate issues and communicate with stakeholders as necessary.
  • Coordinate contractors, maintenance teams, and service providers to ensure timely, high-quality work.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and department leaders on office moves, onboarding needs, and workspace planning.
  • Develop and manage project plans for facilities-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, business partners, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate and assist with the facilities components of corporate events, including town halls and employee-engagement activities.
  • Maintain documentation for building-maintenance schedules, emergency procedures, and vendor agreements.
  • Implement process improvements that enhance building functionality, operational efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
  • Monitor office-supply, equipment, and furniture inventories and coordinate with procurement as needed.
