About The Position

We are currently recruiting for EXPERIENCED Header Operators. We believe our employees are the reason for our success, and our compensation and benefits are designed to reflect that belief. EXPERIENCED OPERATORS can earn: Hourly Pay up to $36.00 per hour. Weekly OT available. Quarterly Attendance and Plant Metrics Bonus Programs. 13 Paid Holidays-including week between Christmas and New Years. 401K + Company Match. Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits begin Day 1. Company paid Short Term Disability Coverage. Ability to set up and operate a variety of multi-die headers with little to no supervision. Must be able to read blueprints, inspect parts using a variety of quality tools and gauges, and troubleshoot as needed to run quality parts to meet customers deadline. Positions open on 1st and 2nd shift.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years experience running Formax Headers
HSD/GED or equivalent experience
Good mechanical aptitude
Ability to perform basic math

Responsibilities

Operate equipment and perform complex machine set up as required.
Setup, adjust, and operate equipment as trained in a safe manner.
Ability to determine tooling adjustments needed to maintain proper set-ups on multiple header sizes and types.
Read and understand blue prints.
Properly use gages and other quality tools to ensure production of good parts.
Perform first piece inspections, monitor the quality of all parts, and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Perform minor preventative maintenance, complete all required tracking documents.
Perform the duties required to record data for SPC, ISO/IATF 16949 documentation.
