Head Varsity Boys Basketball Coach
About The Position
Peoria Notre Dame is seeking a head boys varsity basketball coach whose duties include planning and conducting engaging practices, leading a coaching staff, and upholding the values and standards of our Catholic institution. Candidates should have experience coaching, teaching, or participating in basketball. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with high school student-athletes. Requirements
- Experience coaching basketball
- Willingness to share their love of Christ with others
- All IHSA coaching requirements and certifications
- Experience coaching, teaching, or participating in basketball
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with high school student-athletes
Responsibilities
- Running daily practices
- Overseeing the basketball program at all levels: freshmen, JV, varsity
- Coaching at home and away games
- Planning and conducting engaging practices
- Leading a coaching staff
- Upholding the values and standards of our Catholic institution
Benefits
- Stipend: $4,000-$7,500
