You will be accountable for all cash on premises, train tellers, and coordinate their duties! Your role is crucial in making their banking experience enjoyable and efficient. Requirements

• Cash handling experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college classes preferred.
• Valid driver’s license
• Great communication skills.
• Math skills a must.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial transactions
• Build lasting relationships with our customers.
• Accountable for all cash on premises
• Train tellers
• Coordinate teller duties
• Subject matter expert on all Beacon's products and services.
• Counting cash
• Creating smiles with every member transaction.
• Providing financial solutions to our valued members.
• Serve as a key holder while training and mentoring other tellers
