Head Teacher - Preschool

TEAM INCAnsonia, CT
$54,000 - $56,300Onsite

About The Position

At TEAM, every Head Teacher walks through the door to the things that matter most to educators — a fully resourced team built around the child and supporting you. When you are a Head Teacher at TEAM, you are supported by a complete multi-disciplinary team – including education coordinators who provide guidance and support to help ensure a high-quality educational experience, family service workers who serve as an additional, well-connected resource and support to each family, behavioral health coordinators who support the child, their family and you, disability specialists who guide educators to support each child's unique needs, and nutrition and health staff that support individual child health needs and overall well-being. For most teachers who have spent years being the only adult in the room — this is a different kind of job built around you and the children you teach. We believe great teachers deserve great support, which is why we promote a team focused culture to support the expertise you bring to the classroom.
