Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Ability to stand, stoop, squat, run, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to accept short‑notice assignments
• Basic computer skills (email, Word, internet use)
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• A positive, non‑judgmental attitude - and a genuine desire to help others

Nice To Haves

• Experience in childcare, education, health, or working with low‑income families (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in classrooms of up to 20 children
• Assist with educational activities and learning experiences, including for children with special needs
• Help prepare meals and maintain a clean, safe classroom space
• Model family‑style dining during mealtimes
• Support children's safety and supervision at all times
• Provide educational support in home‑based settings when needed
• Assist with simple administrative tasks (answering phones, record‑keeping)
• Attend required agency trainings and jump in where needed
