About The Position

As our Head Start Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll ignite curiosity and confidence while helping children build the foundations they’ll carry into kindergarten and beyond. This role exists to create a safe, high-energy space where learning feels like discovery and every child is seen.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent field

Responsibilities

• Planning and leading developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Creating a welcoming, structured classroom that supports children’s growth
• Encouraging healthy social-emotional skills through positive guidance
• Completing required classroom documentation and participating in program practices
