About The Position

Excel Creative Early Learning, part of Early Learning Academies (ELA), is seeking a Head Start Assistant Teacher to support the development of infants and toddlers. Head Start programs promote children’s physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development through safe, developmentally enriching caregiving, preparing them for continued growth and eventual success in school and life. The role uses the company’s emergent curriculum to teach according to children’s interests. The schedule is 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends. Pay is $17.21–$18.25 per hour. The company provides paid training, ongoing coaching, professional development, and opportunities to pursue advancement. Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of childcare experience.
• A CDA (Infant/Toddler), an associate degree in Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Ability to pass background and hiring requirements.

Responsibilities
