About The Position

PADEL39 is seeking an experienced, passionate, and community-driven Head Coach to lead our coaching programs and help grow padel in Dallas. This is a senior leadership role for someone who loves coaching, building teams, and creating exceptional player experiences—both on and off the court. The Head Coach will be responsible for coaching excellence, player development, coach leadership, and program growth, while serving as a visible ambassador for PADEL39 at tournaments and events.

Requirements

Strong experience coaching padel players across multiple levels
Prior leadership or head coach experience preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Passion for growing padel and building community
Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to represent the club at tournaments and events.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality private lessons, group classes, and clinics across all levels
Design and implement training programs and seasonal coaching curricula
Support long-term player development, engagement, and retention
Maintain consistently high coaching standards and on-court experience.
Lead, mentor, and manage the PADEL39 coaching team
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and development of coaches
Organize and lead regular coaching meetings
Ensure professionalism, consistency, and quality across all coaching programs.
Help design, expand, and refine clinics, leagues, junior programs, and tournaments
Support marketing and promotion of coaching programs
Work with club leadership to increase court utilization and program participation
Contribute to the growth and success of overall coaching revenue.
Represent PADEL39 professionally at tournaments and padel events
Wear PADEL39-branded apparel during competitions and official appearances
Support club-hosted tournaments, leagues, and special events
Provide coaching support during events when required.
Be a visible leader and role model within the PADEL39 community
Build strong relationships with members, guests, and partners
Foster an inclusive, positive, and energetic club culture.
