About The Position

The Value Capture & Integration Office, within S&P Global Market Intelligence, is responsible for translating strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes. As Market Intelligence evolves its structure for future growth, this team provides focus and discipline around initiatives that unlock commercial, operational, and integration value. The office comprises three pillars: MI Commercial Growth, Value Realization & Transformation, and Program Delivery & Governance. This role leads the Value Realization & Transformation pillar, collaborating with Program Delivery & Governance for execution. The Head of Value Realization & Transformation is responsible for identifying, shaping, and prioritizing initiatives that deliver business value through integration, transformation, operating model evolution, and synergy capture. This role connects these efforts to commercial outcomes without owning business line commercial strategy, which remains with the commercial strategy leads. Market Intelligence is adapting its operating model to better serve customer needs through increased focus, accountability, and alignment. This role ensures that change is translated into clear priorities, practical choices, and measurable outcomes, leveraging data, technology, and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance customer value. The position provides strategic direction on sequencing, trade-offs, and dependencies across key transformation and integration initiatives, ensuring efforts are concentrated on areas with the greatest potential business impact. This role is crucial for maintaining momentum during the transition, supporting customer outcomes, and helping Market Intelligence capture the value of its new structure.
