About The Position

Chase Auto serves as a leading provider of auto financing to dealers, consumers, and manufactures, with a portfolio of over $80 billion in assets and relationships across 75% of U.S. franchised automotive dealers. The Commercial Solutions group within Chase Auto delivers a full suite of commercial banking solutions for auto dealers, including Treasury Services, floorplan, real estate and acquisition financing, liquidity management and other banking solutions. As the Head of Treasury Sales and Product Strategy within Chase Auto Commercial Solutions, you will serve in a senior leadership role overseeing the end to end Treasury Services business. You will be responsible for a high-performing National Treasury Sales team that delivers end-to-end treasury and payments solutions to dealer clients (ranging from $5 million to over $1+ billion in annual revenue), for treasury sales and product strategy, day-to-day execution and oversight, and the key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the health and growth of the business. You will partner closely with senior Auto leaders, act as a primary liaison to the Commercial Bank, and work with the Product organization to shape and implement products, solutions and platforms that reflect treasury needs and support a world-class client experience. This role is a direct report to the Head of Commercial Solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience with evolving and expanding responsibilities in treasury sales.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Treasury services, products and end-to-end sales delivery.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder communication and management skills.
  • Experience presenting to and interacting with clients, and diverse industry bodies.
  • Proven track record of success in leading large-scale initiatives and strategic projects across various product or treasury teams, while collaborating across functional groups including sales, service, compliance and legal.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including managing teams, developing talent, and building an open, collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the national Treasury Services Sales and Product Strategy organization, setting direction, defining clear objectives, and managing performance against revenue, pipeline and client satisfaction targets.
  • Define and execute the treasury go-to-market strategy, partnering with senior Auto leaders and key stakeholders in Banking, Product, Servicing and Credit to align coverage, solutions and priorities to overall business goals.
  • Drive client acquisition, growth and retention by shaping Treasury Services value propositions, overseeing priority client pursuits, and driving cross-sell of cash management and payments solutions across Commercial Solutions’ prospects and clients.
  • Liaise with the Commercial Bank and the Auto Product organization to implement CB products and platforms for Auto; represent Auto Treasury needs in the product roadmap, and lead change-management processes so upcoming changes are understood, adopted and executed consistently across the organization.
  • Govern Treasury Services policies and procedures by maintaining, updating and embedding sales policies, procedures and playbooks, and ensuring they are understood and consistently applied across the organization.
  • Represent Chase Auto at internal and external forums and industry events, serving as a visible ambassador for the Treasury organization.
