The Head of Transformation Management Office (TMO) Projects is responsible for driving the execution of a portfolio of initiatives aimed at optimizing processes through re-engineering, platform development and application of emerging technologies. This leadership role will focus on enhancing how the organization delivers on new client and product requests, ensuring scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that align with Service Delivery’s organizational priorities and Investor Services business growth objectives. Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery’s Transformation Management Office, this position leads a highly visible team (75+ employees globally) responsible for driving change through the development and execution of strategies that enhance efficiency and adapt to evolving business needs. The Head of TMO Projects will oversee key initiatives that advance Service Delivery, and, ultimately other areas of the Investor Services Complex, ensuring cost efficiency, client alignment, and long-term strategic sustainability.
