Our team is made up of builders, sellers, and industry veterans with a shared goal: to bring modern technology to an overlooked industry. You'll build and own our talent function end-to-end, starting as a hands-on IC and growing into a leader who hires and leads a team as we scale. You'll elevate our employer brand and candidate experience to consistently attract & close top talent. You'll work with hiring managers across departments to design and execute high-signal interview processes that raise & uphold our high talent bar. You'll grow into a Head of People role over time, eventually owning the full employee lifecycle.
