About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and operational leader to serve as the integrator at the heart of our Worldpay for Platforms business. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our embedded payments and finance ecosystem, driving alignment between vision, strategy, and execution across a global, high-growth organization. Your mission will be to lead the Platforms business unit’s strategic planning process, orchestrate operating rhythms, and ensure cross-functional alignment that powers our ambitious growth agenda. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating strategic goals into actionable plans and mobilizing teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Success in this role requires a rare combination of strategic thinking and operational discipline. You will need to influence across a matrixed organization, manage through complexity, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or FP&A within a global or multi-unit enterprise.
  • Proven success leading strategic planning and performance management processes.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills; ability to link strategy to metrics.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and aligning cross-functional leaders.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning: Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles, linking priorities to financial goals and KPIs.
  • Own operating rhythms: Manage QBRs, monthly performance reviews, and goal-setting processes to keep the organization aligned.
  • Drive cross-functional execution: Ensure coordination across GM’s, GTM, Product, Finance, HR, Legal, and other teams.
  • Manage performance: Establish reporting frameworks, track progress, and surface insights to inform executive decisions.
  • Lead a program management team: Recruit, mentor, and develop talent to support integrated planning and execution.
  • Support executive decision-making: Provide analysis, scenario modeling, and business cases for strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare executive communications: Deliver strategic updates, performance summaries, and initiative progress for senior leadership.
