About The Position

The Celluma team has big aims – to make a profound impact on global wellness. We are looking for a Head of Social & Creator Partnerships to lead Celluma’s social presence and build a thriving network of creators and partners who amplify our brand. This role is responsible for all social media accounts and building Celluma’s creator ecosystem as a growth channel - expanding reach, fueling authentic storytelling, and generating incremental revenue through creators, influencers, and affiliate partners. This role comes with real ownership. You’ll have meaningful decision-making agency, creative freedom, and the ability to move ideas from concept to execution without layers of bureaucracy. This is a collaborative team that values curiosity, initiative, and experimentation. This role sits at the intersection of social media, creator partnerships, and affiliate growth. The primary audience focus is direct-to-consumer, while also helping grow Celluma’s presence and key opinion leader partnerships within the professional B2B aesthetic and healthcare community. As a primary function, you will lead Celluma’s organic social strategy & execution. You will also own building and managing a network of UGC creators, influencers, and affiliate partners who authentically advocate for the brand. You will collaborate closely with our Creative team, Performance Marketing, eCommerce, Customer Experience, Professional Marketing, and external creators & vendors. This role begins with broad ownership and is designed to grow into leadership of Celluma’s broader social, creator, and affiliate ecosystem as the brand expands.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of recent experience managing social media marketing & accounts for consumer product brands
  • Collaborative, team player with a positive mindset
  • Proven success growing social audiences and engagement
  • Experience working with influencers or content creators
  • Strong writing skills for captions and hooks
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Skilled at analyzing performance metrics to refine strategy

Nice To Haves

  • Background in wellness, beauty, health tech, medical devices, or medical aesthetics
  • Experience with both consumer & practitioner B2B marketing
  • Hands-on experience producing short-form video content
  • Experience managing creator partnerships at scale
  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, ShopMy, LTK, or similar
  • Experience working with regulated products or medical devices
  • Experience producing or directing photo/video content

Responsibilities

  • Own the organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
  • Plan and maintain a social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and launches
  • Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form video
  • Identify cultural moments and trends where Celluma can participate authentically
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms
  • Create organic social briefs for creative design & external partners
  • Concept and script social-first content that translates light therapy science into accessible stories
  • Brief designers, photographers, and videographers on social-ready content needs
  • Capture in-house content including product demos, educational moments, and lifestyle storytelling
  • Assist in directing external shoots when needed
  • Lead our UGC program for capturing content for organic & paid media
  • Identify and recruit creators, influencers, and industry voices aligned with the brand
  • Evaluate inbound partnership opportunities and negotiate collaborations
  • Script and brief creators on messaging and content direction for our UGC program
  • Ensure deliverables are completed and aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Integrate creator content into social, paid media, and website marketing
  • Expand Celluma’s affiliate network using platforms such as ShopMy and Impact.com
  • Recruit creators into commission-based affiliate partnerships
  • Support creators in promoting Celluma products
  • Monitor affiliate performance and strengthen high-performing partnerships
  • Track social performance including engagement, reach, follower growth, and traffic
  • Identify top-performing content and recommend assets for paid amplification
  • Test new formats, storytelling approaches, and creator collaborations
  • Share regular reports on performance insights & recommendations with the marketing team & leadership
