We're growing our U.S. sales team, and we're looking for a Head of Sales to lead the charge! This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter who is ready to operate both strategically and operationally from day one. If you have experience in enterprise sales, a passion for building from the ground up, and the vision to scale Nutrium's presence in the U.S., we want to hear from you. In this role, you'll work closely with the sales team and the executive team, to drive revenue growth, position Nutrium Care as a key player in the corporate wellness market, and build meaningful relationships with enterprise-level clients.

Requirements

  • Have proven experience leading enterprise sales in the U.S., within the employee benefits and corporate wellness sectors;
  • Are a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently;
  • Are capable of performing both strategically and operationally;
  • Are a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset, and are passionate about growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. sales strategy, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution;
  • Build and nurture strong alliances with key consultants, brokers, and strategic partners;
  • Lead all sales efforts with the team or independently, including prospecting, client outreach, and closing deals with enterprise clients (5,000+ employees);
  • Drive revenue growth by securing new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships;
  • Act as the primary representative at industry events and conferences to increase visibility and grow a network of advocates promoting Nutrium's solutions;
  • Collaborate across teams to align sales efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and client engagement;
  • Leverage market insights and data to refine strategies and achieve ambitious sales goals;
  • Scale the team by recruiting and leading top sales talent as the business expands.
