As Head of Sales for Home Care, you’ll lead BaptistCare’s national sales strategy, driving growth and creating meaningful connections with customers. You won’t just follow existing practices—you’ll design and build them. From crafting frameworks and processes to developing capability, you’ll set the standard for how we sell. Working hand-in-hand with Home Care Operations, you’ll spot growth opportunities, activate plans, align sales with workforce capacity, and empower teams through training. You’ll also champion CRM adoption, share market insights, and strengthen stakeholder relationships to deliver results that matter. This is a nationally based hybrid role - with required travel between sites/interstate as required.
