As Head of Sales – Ethylene, you will lead and inspire a regional sales team to achieve meaningful growth targets across one of the world's most dynamic petrochemical markets. As part of Clariant's Catalysts Business Unit, you will shape the full commercial agenda across the Americas — from executing differentiated segment strategies and driving value-based pricing, to building key licensor partnerships that secure major new plant projects across the region. This is a strategic leadership role where your vision, collaboration, and commercial expertise will directly shape Clariant's market position in North America's ethylene industry. You will develop a high-performing team, bring together cross-functional stakeholders, and introduce new innovations to market — partnering with some of the most influential names in global petrochemicals.
