About The Position

As FXC Intelligence accelerates its expansion across the United States, we are seeking a high-impact Head of Sales, Americas to take on a leadership role within our Commercial team. This is a critical hire, as you will be driving our commercial work across the Americas and take ownership of delivering revenue targets for both new client acquisition and existing account growth. Reporting directly to the VP Commercial, you will act as a key member in building our sales pipeline, managing a high performing team to maximise market share in the cross-border payments data space. What success looks like in this role: Supporting the continued high growth of the company by driving revenue from new clients and existing accounts You will be contributing to revenue targets within the first six months of joining the company through closed deals Accelerating market presence through a targeted commercial outreach strategy Identifying and qualifying leads, ensuring a strong pipeline of quality prospects Build and nurture relationships with key US accounts, securing buy-in and maintaining FXC as a preferred partner Establish a high-performance coaching rhythm for your direct reports, including weekly 1:1s and structured professional development plans Develop a comprehensive understanding of FXC and the cross-border payments industry About the Commercial team: We’re a transatlantic team of Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Client Operations. You’ll be joining at an exciting point in our company's growth, continuing to build a strong and collaborative presence in the DC office alongside senior leaders. You’ll work closely with our VP Commercial and Account Management team in the US, as well as the wider business, to achieve our commercial goals. Requirements

  • Deliver consistent revenue against strong growth targets
  • Build a sales pipeline – and ideally come to the role with a network in the industry
  • Manage enterprise level client accounts, having done this in previous roles
  • Manage commercial team members: we are looking for someone with management experience prior to this role
  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable sales tactics
  • Since FXC is a data company, the Head of Sales must be comfortable selling intelligence and complex data sets, not just a software platform
  • Show deep experience navigating complex legal and procurement hurdles within large financial institutions
