As the Head of Enterprise Sales, Americas, you will serve as a critical leader responsible for driving strategic revenue growth, new logo acquisition, and enterprise expansion across North America. You will own the enterprise go-to-market strategy for the Americas, lead and scale a high-performing team of enterprise sellers, and drive execution across priority verticals, with a strong emphasis on retail, commerce, and digitally mature brands. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring executive presence, operational excellence, and a customer-obsessed mindset. You will partner cross-functionally across Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product to accelerate market penetration and strengthen Bloomreach’s position as the leading commerce experience platform. You will act as a trusted advisor to both enterprise customers and internal stakeholders, building executive relationships, influencing long-term strategy, and ensuring consistent excellence across the full enterprise sales lifecycle.
