Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record scaling and building high-performing sales teams
  • Previous experience with sales through chat-based channels
  • Proven experience in a senior revenue, sales, or business development leadership role
  • Experience operating in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective revenue strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and optimize existing revenue streams
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team
  • Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with marketing to ensure lead generation strategies support revenue goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
  • Oversee revenue operations to ensure seamless execution across teams
  • Implement tools and systems to track and optimize revenue performance
  • Ensure strong client satisfaction and retention through effective client success strategies
  • Drive alignment across sales, marketing, and operations to support company growth objectives
