We are hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to own and scale Duet’s end-to-end practice revenue engine — from first conversation with a clinician through practice launch, activation, retention, and expansion. Revenue at Duet is realized only when independent practices grow, see patients, improve outcomes, and generate sustainable revenue. This role exists to design, operate, and continuously improve the systems that make that outcome repeatable and help turn our network of NP-led clinics into the largest force for primary care access in the country. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Revenue Operations works across Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Product, and Operations to connect strategy to execution. You will define how practices move through the revenue lifecycle, where handoffs break down, which signals actually predict success, and how teams stay aligned as volume scales. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who has built revenue systems in complex, real-world SMB environments — where customer behavior, operational constraints, and incentives matter as much as forecasts. You will be accountable for turning revenue intent into realized revenue, not just pipeline.
