About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative problem solver to drive the highest-priority operational outcomes as we rapidly scale our customer base. You’ll own the workflows and systems that keep delivery running smoothly, and continuously improve processes and tooling to increase throughput and quality across our service delivery.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a high-growth startup environment
  • Willing to roll up their sleeves and dive into the nitty-gritty
  • Experience leading and growing a service team
  • Ability to lead an ops team to best-in-class efficiency
  • Ability to execute with conviction and good judgment with limited guidance; needs minimal direction in an ambiguous context to take action and then adapt quickly
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Ability to work from our NY office full-time

  • Familiarity with CPG retail

Responsibilities

  • Executing and leading the ops team to meet kpis and metrics around our service delivery function
  • Constantly identify and test new ways to improve operational capabilities of the business
  • Analyze the data relevant to any project or focus area; run your own queries, build your own dashboards, build your own Pivot Tables
  • Design and document SOPs
