Head of Revenue Operations

ePayPolicyAustin, TX
Hybrid

About The Position

Every day, ePayPolicy helps over 10,000 insurance companies speed up incoming and outgoing payments. By helping them move from manual, outdated forms of payment collection to modern payment tools, we help their companies work faster and more efficiently. Our expert, live support team helps deliver exceptional care every day, with an industry-leading 97% customer retention rate. Founded in 2014, our growing team is based in Austin, TX, and has clients in all 50 US states. We’ve grown over 300% in the last three years - with big plans for the future. We’re looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to architect how we scale. We are looking for someone to move us from “What happened last quarter?” to “What’s coming next quarter?” and build the systems, data infrastructure, and operating rhythm that enable our multi-channel GTM organization run predictably and efficiently. You’ll lead a team that already includes a data analyst and a sales enablement partner, and you’ll own the full RevOps stack. You will partner with the CRO, CCSO, and CFO on the numbers that go in front of our board. We are a PE-backed company scaling towards $200M+, and this role exists because we need Revenue Operations to be the growth engine, not a reporting function.

Requirements

  • 7+ yrs in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, with at least 3+ yrs leading a team, ideally inside a vertical SAAS or PE-backed business.
  • Track record of building forecasting and pipeline infrastructure, not just maintaining what already exists.
  • Deep fluency in Salesforce, comp plan design, capacity planning, and sales tooling (Clay, Gong, etc).
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, multi-segment GTM organization consisting of enterprise sales, high-velocity, account management, and partnerships.
  • Direct communication style. You’ll be trusted with ambiguity and expected to bring structure to it.

Responsibilities

  • Build leading-indicator infrastructure. Move us beyond lagging reports and CRM hygiene into pipeline and forecast systems that predict what’s coming with accuracy and accountability across the sales org.
  • Own the RevOps tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and the lead lifecycle systems across a multi-channel sales organization, ensuring data integrity and adoption
  • Lead and develop your team-currently data analysis and sales enablement
  • Own capacity planning across our GTM motions, translating headcount and pipeline targets into clear hiring and coverage plans
  • Define and enforce consistent sales methodology, stage criteria, and handoff standards
  • Design and administer comp plans across the entire GTM org, including quota setting
  • Partner with CRO and other executives on board-level reporting, translating pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and GTM performance into clear, credible narratives for our investors
  • Support ICP and segmentation refinement
  • Lead the design of frameworks to evaluate sales productivity and other leading indicators of success or risk to achieving business goals
  • Evaluate and roll out new tooling as we grow that improves rep productivity and management visibility with a clear point of view on build vs buy and ROI
  • Act as the connective tissue between the GTM teams and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Account Management, Product, etc.)
  • Leverage AI to scale the impact of the function

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Comprehensive benefits package with employer-paid basic life and disability premiums
  • 401K
  • Flexible Paid Time Off Policy (FTO)
  • Company-sponsored quarterly “ePayItForward” initiatives
  • Supportive and inclusive company culture with a focus on work/life balance
  • Fully-stocked kitchen
  • Lunch stipend when working onsite
  • Open communication
  • Huge opportunity for growth
