Overview In this role, you will lead Target RWE’s Quantitative Sciences organization, setting the vision for rigorous, reliable, and regulatory-grade retrospective and prospective real-world evidence generation. You will be accountable for scientific integrity, quantitative strategy, and the development of scalable analytic and validation frameworks that enable our data to improve patient outcomes across life sciences, regulatory, and academic applications. You will build and mentor a high-performing team of quantitative scientists, develop and communicate scientific standards, and represent Target RWE’s evidence generation capabilities to clients, collaborators, and regulatory partners. You will partner closely with Product, Data Engineering, Clinical Operations, Medical Science, and Commercial teams to drive innovation and ensure our analytics and data assets anticipate customer needs and market expectations.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics, bioinformatics, data science, or a related quantitative field
  • 15+ years experience generating real-world evidence or clinical research insights, with demonstrated success leading scientific functions
  • Demonstrated expertise in statistical methodology, reproducible analytic frameworks, and regulatory-grade evidence generation
  • Proven ability to translate scientific objectives into scalable products, processes, and operational strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to executive, scientific, and regulatory stakeholders
  • Track record of mentoring and elevating high-performing teams
