About The Position

Guidepoint's Market Research Team is seeking a Head of Quantitative Panel to help grow, manage, and maintain our research community of experts for quantitative surveys, serving as a lead strategist and key internal partner on panelist outreach strategy, technical panel design, panel quality and health, and custom recruitment operations. This is a hybrid position out of our New York office or this role can be fully remote.

Requirements

  • 10+ years overseeing an international market research panel (preferred) or other large membership organization/outreach list, preferably focused in the medical or enterprise B2B space
  • Experience with database and contact management in a CRM, market research panel management platform (Forsta, Qualtrics, RallyUXR), or other SQL-based data management tool
  • Experience with email marketing/outreach and outreach tools, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
  • Experience collaborating with technical product and engineering staff on data engineering and web development projects
  • People management experience, with a preference for individuals who have managed multi-national teams
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance environments around contact data, including consent management, privacy laws, and handling of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), with experience collaborating with legal and privacy counsel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Guidepoint’s quantitative survey panel community, including database management, respondent engagement and retention metrics, outreach and custom recruitment strategy
  • Work with internal and external vendors to develop tools and systems for feasibility estimation for research and project bidding staff on quantitative survey projects using demographic, firmographic, and past participation data
  • Provide guidance on panelist engagement, both in terms of outbound email strategy to maximize participation as well as non-email methods of invitation and community building
  • Collaborate with IT/Engineering to build and maintain connections and integration between Guidepoint’s expert network and quantitative respondent databases, ensuring data in both systems is up-to-date and comprehensive
  • Work with Advisor Relations team to develop response strategy and playbook for survey-related advisor issues relating to technical issues, survey satisfaction, and incentive management
  • Oversee panel expansion via custom recruitment, managing both staff and systems (such as ContactOut and AggKnowledge) focused on expanding quantitative panel to meet project needs and expand proactive sales capabilities
  • Manage panelist quality, including systems for vetting new quantitative panelists and ensuring that panelists are quarantined and removed from systems when quality thresholds are not met
  • Other duties as required
