Posh is seeking a world-class Head of Product to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution behind our mission: bringing the world together through shared social experiences. This is one of the most critical leadership roles in the company, sitting at the intersection of every objective across R&D, GTM, and Marketing. You will own the product organization and roadmap end-to-end across our four core product pods: Consumer, Organizer, AI, and Growth. You’ll set the product philosophy for how teams build together, define what “great” looks like for product execution at Posh, and ensure every launch is both high craft and high impact. You’ll bring clarity where there is ambiguity, momentum where there is uncertainty, and principled decision-making to balance high-stakes tradeoffs on a daily basis. This role requires a leader who can operate at multiple altitudes: inspiring a bold long-term vision, translating it into measurable quarterly outcomes, and sweating the details needed to ship consistently at a high bar. You will report directly to the CEO, partnering closely with all company leadership to ensure we build the right things, build them well, and bring them to market with focus and force. This is an in-person role based in our New York City office in the heart of SoHo. Posh exists to maximize IRL human connection, and we believe the best products are built in tight collaboration: fast-moving, high-context, high-trust.
