About The Position

A B2B provider of iGaming platforms for growth-driven operators. The company delivers scalable, full-cycle technology solutions that support millions of active players and drive business growth. A team of over 1,000 specialists worldwide helps operators successfully launch and scale brands across multiple markets. We are looking for a Head of Payment Product to define and own the vision, strategy, and performance of the payment product portfolio. You will lead product direction and key decisions, ensure alignment with company strategy and financial goals, and deliver scalable, high-impact payment solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years in a Lead Product Manager role
  • Proven ownership of company-level product metrics across multiple teams
  • Experience driving sustainable product growth through launches and operational excellence
  • Ability to define long-term product vision and 12–24 month development plans
  • Experience contributing to company strategy alongside other directors
  • Strong ownership of resources, risks, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Proven people leadership experience, managing multiple PMs and developing senior leaders
  • Strategic and analytical mindset
  • Strong ownership of product, people, and results
  • Deep understanding of payments, PSPs, monetization, and routing
  • Confident decision-making based on data
  • Clear communication and effective cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Define and own product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
  • Set development direction and roadmap (12–24 months)
  • Own the full product lifecycle
  • Launch and scale major products and cross-functional initiatives
  • Optimize portfolio performance and ROI; manage risks
  • Analyze market and competitors
  • Define product positioning
  • Integrate customer feedback into decisions
  • Lead and scale the product management team
  • Set priorities and allocate resources
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and report on key metrics
