About The Position

At DualEntry, the future of finance is being written today. ERP is one of the largest fintech markets in the world ($220,000,000,000+). Yet, tens of thousands of companies are still using on-premise systems, and the industry has not seen new entrants in more than 30 years. Our AI-native ERP lets accounting teams achieve more in less time. $5M-ARR businesses to NYSE-listed companies trust DualEntry to automate away manual data entry work with AI. We’re finally making the one-person finance team a reality and putting the pain of legacy ERPs from the 1990’s in the past. We operate with urgency and ownership. We move fast. As our Head of Product Design, you’ll lead the creation of intuitive, elegant UI/UX experiences that redefine how finance and accounting teams work. You’ll set the vision and scale our design systems and user journeys from the ground up, move quickly, and see features go end-to-end multiple times each week. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

Requirements

7+ years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end with at least 2+ years operating at a senior or leadership level
Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems
Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual detail
Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions

Nice To Haves

Experience designing fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS tools

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design of the DualEntry platform - from web to mobile
Translate complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
Create and evolve a scalable component-based design system in Figma
Work closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate often
Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability
Help define our design culture and constantly find ways to improve our product development speed

Base salary: $150,000 - $275,000
