About The Position

Tilt is hiring a Head of Core US Product to lead the company's core product portfolio — a $400M+ revenue engine spanning Cash Advance, CA+, Thrive, and our next generation of non-lending bets including AI Assistant, Marketplaces, Autosave, Checking, and Budgeting. This is a GM-style role: you'll own strategy, pricing, packaging, and the product narrative, and you'll lead the shift from a single-product transaction business into a multi-product financial brand users choose and return to.

Requirements

  • You have built and shipped consumer products at meaningful scale, ideally in the fintech/lending/credit space.
  • You've operated in the pace and ambiguity of a high-growth environment and know how to make crisp calls without perfect information.
  • You're at Director level today, or you're a Group / Lead / Principal PM ready to step up. You've managed other PMs and grown them.
  • You speak the language of the business - revenue, profit, retention, credit policy — while keeping a strategic, user-centered point of view. Founder experience is a strong plus.
  • You can author a product strategy from a blank page, defend it under pressure, and rally cross-functional partners around it.
  • You’re a data first player/coach who is not afraid to get their hands dirty.

Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L across Tilt's core product portfolio: Lead Cash Advance, CA+, Thrive, and a growing set of non-liquidity products (Autosave, Checking, Budgeting, AI Assistant, Marketplaces). You drive the strategy, pricing, and packaging decisions that shape the business.
  • Transform Tilt from single-product to multi-product: Move the user relationship from a transaction ("$200 that reached your pocket") to a financial brand users return to for a breadth of solutions, and lead the team through that evolution.
  • Drive top-line growth through product innovation: Marketing and credit-driven acquisition powered Tilt's first phase. You'll identify and execute the product- and user-led levers that power the next one.
  • Be the strategic voice of the user: Bridge the gap between credit policy, marketing, and a UX that becomes a genuine competitive moat. The team today skews highly analytical — you bring the seasoned PM orientation that makes the user real inside every decision.
  • Articulate a coherent product vision: The core app today is absent a strategy. You'll define who Tilt builds for and why, and make every surface reinforce that narrative.
  • Build and elevate a high-potential product org: Mentor strong individual contributors and managers into the next level of seniority and shape a team that operates across a multi-product surface area.
  • Partner across functions: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with credit, engineering, design, marketing, and finance to align unit economics, roadmap, and brand.
