Step into an leadership role to scale our category-defining cyber risk platform. As Head of Product Management, you will own the end-to-end strategic vision across both our customer-facing Ecosystem Risk portfolio and our foundational internal business applications. You won't just manage a roadmap; you will drive the overarching product strategy that empowers enterprise customers to meaningfully reduce cyber risk, while firmly aligning our technology investments with our underwriting and commercial goals. The Mission: What you will achieve in the first 6 months. In your first six months, you will take complete ownership of a high-performing product management team of 5 direct reports, directly mentoring and developing product managers and directors to foster a high-accountability, enterprise-grade product culture. You will unify our strategic initiatives, ensuring that complex customer workflows, risk signals, and foundational data pipelines translate into seamless, commercially impactful product releases. By partnering closely with engineering, design, data science, sales, and executive leadership, you will guarantee our solutions deliver measurable value and differentiate Resilience in the enterprise cyber risk market.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive product management experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise software or B2B SaaS platforms.
5+ years of senior leadership experience managing, scaling, and mentoring agile product teams.
Possess exceptional communication skills to influence executive decision-making and cross-functional teams.
Deep domain expertise in cybersecurity, Insurtech, or IT risk management.
Familiarity with platform architectures, data integrations, and insurance underwriting workflows.
